“I would like to officially welcome players to Massachusetts’ first gaming facility,” said Tim Wilmott, President and CEO of Penn National Gaming today at an opening ceremony for Plainridge Park Casino. The two gambling facilities are roughly a 30 minute drive apart and will be in direct competition with each other for business along the Rhode Island and Massachusetts border.
